What we collect

This website collects only what you type into its forms: your name, phone number, email address, the chamber and date you would prefer, and anything you write in the message box. Nothing else is gathered about you, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your enquiry or arrange your appointment. Appointment requests are stored so the clinic can call you back and keep a record of the booking.

Who can see it

Form submissions are emailed to the clinic and stored in this website's own database, which only the doctor and authorised clinic staff can access. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anybody else.

Please do not send clinical details

This website is not a secure medical record system. Please do not send scan reports, photographs of a medical problem or detailed medical history through the forms. Bring them to your consultation instead.

Cookies

A single session cookie keeps the forms working and protects them against misuse. If website analytics have been enabled, those cookies measure page visits in aggregate only.

Your choices

Write to us at the email address on the contact page to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on the request within a reasonable time.
